We require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) on all returns. A 25% restocking will be automatically charged to all orders that arrive without an RMA. To receive a full refund, all merchandise must be returned within 30 day of receipt. Merchandise must be returned in a re-saleable condition: complete in original packaging, unused, and free from damage. If the item is damage, used, or not returned in the original box, including all parts the order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, and or be refused and a credit will not be given. Returns over $1,500.00 will automatically be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. We do not accept returns on clearance items.
